What currency are your prices in?

Kenyan Shillings (KES). That is the currency you are charged in at checkout.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders of KES 1,000 or more. Below that it is a flat KES 200.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery across Kenya takes 5 to 7 days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card through Stripe, and PayPal. Those are the only two.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Checkout is guest only, so there is no account to create.

What is your returns policy?

Kenya's Consumer Protection Act, 2012 gives you a cooling-off right on a distance-selling order. Our own policy is more generous than the statutory minimum: 15 days from delivery to return an item for any reason, refunded in full.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

Tell us and we put it right at our cost, including the return postage, and you do not pay a handling fee on it.

Is this product new?

Yes. Clearance means the price is cut, not that the goods are used or seconds.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

No. We are an online clearance warehouse, which is where the price difference comes from.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, emailed as soon as your order actually ships, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order.

Power Cut Off Safety Feature

In case of the power has been disconnected, self-locking power structure and safety unloading knob prevent jack from falling and will not come down immediately. When re-connecting the power, car jack will go on working in accordance with the instruction, or using the safety valve manually to fall.

Low on Air?

If your spare tyre is low on air, just use the built-in 100 PSI inflator to air it up to proper pressure. The tyre pump has two nozzles that fit to almost all car tyres and automatically tests the KPI pressure and displays the reading as you pump.
