Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, then take up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Your tracking number is emailed when the parcel ships, so check that first. If it still has not arrived, email theteam@clearancewarehouse.co.ke with your order number and we will chase it. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.

When your order ships, we email you the tracking number. That is usually within 2 working days of your order.

No. We are an online supplier with no shop or showroom, which is part of how we keep prices down.

You will be sent a receipt by email after payment is made. You will also get an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Standard delivery is free on orders over KSh 1,000, and KSh 200 below that. We dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Express delivery is also offered at checkout: express orders are dispatched within 1 working day and delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Remote and regional addresses may take longer, and working days leave out weekends and public holidays.

All prices are shown in Kenyan shillings (KES), and that is what you pay at checkout.

We sell surplus, closeout and discontinued stock rather than a fixed retail range, and we sell online only. That is why prices are lower, and why a line may not come back once it sells out.

Clearance selling means surplus and discontinued stock gets sold and used instead of sitting unsold. We do not publish waste figures, so we make no wider environmental claim.
